the Latin 1 entities are sometimes called:
"-//W3C//ENTITIES Latin 1//EN//HTML"
and other times they are:
"-//W3C//ENTITIES Latin1//EN//HTML"
(you can probably find a complete list by grepping the source
documents for 'ENTITIES Latin')
This is also the case in HTML 4.0, but I guess that series has
been completely superceded by HTML 4.01, and won't be updated?
