Error when downloading file "html40.ps.gz"

Hi,

I want to download the file "html40.ps.gz" but I can't because when download
reach 100%, it doesn't stop.
I've tried to download it with IE4 and Communicator 4.51 and I obtain the
same problem.

Could you verify the link ?
If the link is correct, coould you send me by mail this file ?
