Dear Sir

I've reviewed the marvelous work of providing an integrated reference for
HTML 4.0 Specificationsa which can considered as one of the most
recent and important programming languages that almost every
Internet user must have an idea about. I wish here by to express
my intention to take part of this honorable effort. As a volunteer for this
task, I do wish to consider my private constraints because it seems to be
a huge project. I have noticed that only one person is already working with
the translation into Arabic Language.

Will you kindly provide me with a list of your requirements which I have
to fulfill so that I might be eligible to share the area of translation
into
Arabic Language.

I live in Cairo, I run an enterprise that is specialized in technical
localization of software and other similar domains into Arabic. We are
also involved in the Web Sites Design activity as well as creating Products

Documentation and Help files.
