TYPE attribute on P in HTML 4.0 draft

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

At <http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html40/present/styles.html#h-8.1.1.2>, the
HTML 4.0 draft gives an example that includes a TYPE attribute on a P
element, even though the DTD does not include a TYPE attribute on P. The
example also misspells "fuchsia".
