Yes,

the implementation should be and will be listed, certainly.
I will try and give John Boyer an action item to do so,
even though he is very busy currently with all sorts of
XForms-related activities, so its just a matter of when he
gets around to it.

Then I can recommend Javier or anyone interested to check
the implementation against the new XForms 1.0 2nd Edition

Yes, the WG does not do the testing, nor does a listing
indicate that an implementation fully complies to the
test suite, however the test suite has been greatly improved
by the WG with the intention that implementors find it
easy and useful to test their XForms implementations
against it.

On a more personal note: Yes, the implementation looks
promising.
