I don't want to labour this, but there is *no* way to fire an event
conditionally, other than in script. So you cannot use your technique for
"this type of goal", or anything even close. An "if statement" will work in
MIPs and @value, neither of which will help in this situation (the need to
dispatch an event based on some condition).
