I don't know of any off the top of my head. There once was one called
"handwise", but it seems to have ceased development. There is also something
from Oracle, referenced in my article "Ten Favorite XForms Engines" [1], but
that isn't publicly available to my knowledge.
 
If you run into any others, please drop a note on this list.
