I suggest that the xsl indicative namespace prefix be included, with a 
suitable reference to XSLT 1.0 since the xsl prefix is used later in the 
specification.

I suggest that the reference to XSLT be explicitly to XSLT 1.0 since XSLT 2.0 
is likely to be around during much of the life of XForms 1.0.
