The final thing included in 2.3 is a snippet of code contained within an <
instanceData> element.

The situation regarding namespaces is not made clear. Superficially it seems 
that the <instanceData> element and the elements nested within it are from 
the same, default namespace.

Is that intended?

As shown the submitted data contains no namespace information. Again, is that 
intended?
