Error in behaviour of the copy element

Hi,

in chapter 9.3.4, it is said that when an item becomes unselected, the 
node selected by the binding attributes on copy is deleted. I think it 
would make more sense if the child of the target node that equals to the 
node selected by the binding attributes on copy was deleted.
