Malfunctions on htlm

Hello.
first I must give you my thanks becouse this wonderfull service give a help to people like me that heve not a real link to Internet, thanks.
I must report to you a problem that I have, when I push over a buttons : Get Selected Document(s) it does not work! why?
I am using W98,IE5,Outlook Express 2000.
