Bug in `References` section (GET command)

Hello,

If a link points to somewhere on the same page, "References"
section of result of GET command contains wrong info:
file://localhost/tmp/... instead of http://...
For example, I send

get http://www.egroups.com/hsearch?query=autoresponder

to <www4mail@collaborium.org> and get:
