Sorry, someone explained the semantics of the WebKit method call to
me. So the proposal is that Event.systemTime would return the time
between the page load and the "system time" of the occurrence for
which the event is created and dispatched. That would indeed not be
compatible with Event.timeStamp.

If nobody objects to having both, I'll add Event.systemTime to the
specification shortly.
