Remove the code-point conversion [ISSUE-110]

Per Anne's and your suggestion, the code-point conversion feature has 
been removed from the DOM3 Events spec.

Please let us know if you are satisfied with this response; we will 
assume this issue is closed if we don't hear from you in a couple of weeks.
