DOM Level 2 HTML changes checked in

Philippe,

I just checked in the last of the changes to the DOM Level 2 HTML spec, 
unless I missed something, it's all done now. See attached diff for a 
complete list of the changes made. If you have a chance, please do have 
a look at these and let me know if I missed something, or if some of the 
changes are incorrect.

Many thanks to everyone who was involved in resolving all the issues.
