Ah, I meant to get back to you on that. I have updated
http://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-events with respect to DOM3EVENTS and
UIEVENTS. If the editor's draft changes location after all that should
be pretty easy to change.

(Nothing is blocking the <iframe seamless> work really, although I'd
rather we don't have to monkeypatch it all over the place :-))
