Re: [html-chairs] Publish ten heartbeat drafts as WDs

I'm not going to be able to have anything staged by the 15th. I thought we
were aiming to publish at the end of this month, not publish on the 15th.

I'm currently traveling in Europe and will have very little time free
until the week of the 24th to do any work on prepping my own docs for
publication or for staging up the other editors docs.

So I think at this point we actually need to target October 2nd as the
publication date -- unless Robin has time to get them staged up for a
publication date earlier than that (e.g., the 27th).

For my own docs, you can do a CFC using the URLs for the current editor's
drafts, because I don't plan to make any substantive changes to them --
only editorial ones and formatting tweaks for stuff like having the WD
style and the dates and such.

For the other drafts, if the editors simply change the styles from the ED
style to the WD style and regenerate their drafts, we can just use the
current dev.w3.org URLs for the CfC.

We don't typically move the drafts over to the dated TR URLs until the day
before they are actually published as WDs. In the past as far as I can
recall, we've always done the CfCs just using the ED URLs.
