Question re telecon times

Jeff,

   Right now it looks like 13:00 UTC is the best telecon time for the
group (about 30-40 people) [1]. However, this time apparently does not
work for you. I think it's about 10 AM where you are (EST) on
Wednesday. Can you make that time work biweekly? We don't have much
flexibility re scheduling at this point. Hopefully you can, and thanks
for you support!
