Agreed that there's no good reason the description needs to be
restricted to only mention decisions by the editor, agreed that
the above looks like reasonable alternative wording to me.

Looks OK

I personally have no objections, but please do wait until Monday
so that everybody has had time to respond (Shawn in particular,
since it's making a change to something he took the time to write
up initially).
