Two PRISM Questions

1) Why is it required to give your address and phone number to
download the PRISM specification materials?


2) Why do the property names minted by PRISM resolve with a 404?

$ curl -Is http://prismstandard.org/namespaces/1.2/basic/issn
HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found

The conjunction of these two things today dissuaded a Semantic Web
developer on the Semantic Web Interest Group channel from using the
PRISM specification in an application.
