What issues/features are most important to you?

Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): 
Overall comment: it might not be the best way forward to immediately start
a new round of work while the current work begins to be implemented and
deployed.

I would prefer to decide "what next" based firstly on goals for work, and
secondly features to support those goals.

For Semantic Web applications: 
  Service Description
  requirements for federated query
  (more minor) protocol additions for large result sets

For SPARQL databases:
  update and dataset management
  aggregate functions and subqueries
