Hi, http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=8089 the updated field shows that I've just updated the ticket (which is correct, I've mailed a comment to comment-Encode@rt.cpan.org) but the comment does not show up. For http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=7831 I had the same problem, I've added a comment via the web interface but the comment did not show up (but the updated line indicated the update before it had been updated again after my comment). So it seems that I cannot add comments (unless maybe I happen to be the owner of the module). What should I do in order to get my comment listed in the bug report? TIA.
