Next Snapshot

Hi,

I have

- done some cleaning up in the first sections.
- extended the conclusions
- put some todos in the publishing chapter
- put the diagram in
- included Pat's typos.

The current version is attached and the lock goes to Jeremy.

Noticed a few typos and tidyings in that section, whoever has the lock:
