css parsing

the latest cvs changes log does not show any action
on correcting the parse for :focus and :hover   although
i have been informed that this has occured

have :before, :after, :first-line and first-letter been included
in this correction .... not expecting implementation of
pseudos,  just correct parsing thereof ....
