Bug: In-line elements cause two new list items

Hi,

Using in-line elements in list items seems to generate two new list 
items when you press return.

Steps to reproduce:

 1. Create new XHTML document

 2. Select menu item Insert->List->Unordered List

 3. Select menu item Insert->Information type->Emphasis

 4. Type "Test"

 5. Select menu item Insert->Information type->Emphasis to turn off emphasis

 6. Press Return.

Results:

 Two new list items are created (only one expected).
