Amaya 9.99-3 WinXP bug: creating a table without full width

Hi,

In Amaya 9.99-3 WinXP, if the user creates a table unchecking the "Full 
width" checkbox, Amaya generates invalid code.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new XHTML 1.0 Strict document
2. Create a new 2x2 table, unchecking the "Full width" checkbox
3. Open the Source code view. The following invalid code is shown
     <table border="1" style="b??">

If the document is saved and reloaded, Amaya shows a parsing error message.

By the way, the "With theme..." button in the table creation dialog does 
not seem to work, does it?
