[BUG] Innaccesible part of a document

When the position of an element is described by a CSS property (top and 
left) that puts this element out of the screen, it is not taken into 
account to compute the sizes of the document. Consequently, there is no 
scrollbar to move the visible part of the document and so access to the 
element. This is also the case if one uses a link <a> that points to the 
element. See attached file.
