Amaya bug: In a PRE, related to 99-char or 100-char intervals

BUG = chars don't display.
IS RELATED TO 99/100 char boundaries.

It's specifically the pre, a div works ok.
If the pre is longer, can also see this effect
at the 199th char
at 298th char etc. -

ie. replicate the number lines, Insert cursor further at 199th
char, type
return + chars, and the typed chars do not display correctly.

Also possibly the display/content get subtly out of sync, which
can result
in saved content errors.
