mozilla I am assured will in the next major version

Notwithstanding the SVGWG decision to ignore a major sense for SVG1.1  
it has been possible to encourage a range of UA to support sound.  
Unfortunately this isn't in a standard way, but non-the-less useful.

Is there currently a way to play sound using foreignobject perhaps?
