SuSE will continue to support their 9.2 release for another year or more, so it might be a good idea. Their release 9.3 - out a few weeks ago - and the upcoming release 10 (in early 2006) both use libstdc++.so.6 as I understand it. I am, by the way, now a happy Amaya author yet again. Thanks!
