The request on entering into the ToDo list

Whether probably for a window of the annotation to enter translation into other languages of the following words:
Title:
Annotations of
Author:
Sorce document:
Annotation type:
(type annotation: Comment, SeeAlso, Question, Explanation, Example,
Change, Advice)
Created:
Last modified:
And other words necessary for convenient work with annotatios not
English-speaking users.

As it is made in files amayamsg, libdialogue etc., well or somehow on
another.
