How to keep Character Entity Name after saving?

Hello,

The problem:
When editing an HTML document that contains character
entity names - they are converted to the actual
character (letter) when saving the documet.

For example:
<em>Malm& #246;</em> is converted to <em>Malmö</em>.

Previous versions of Amaya also have this behaviour.

I use:
'charset=iso-8859-1', Amaya 9.1 and Windows XP.
