Amaya is allowing me to insert a target attribute for anchors which the 
validator says is invalid.  It is also adding an invalid

|xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" attribute to a link element.  It is also not adding the xmlns attribute to <html>.|
