There is a new Community Group on use cases for social business:

In a Protocols and Formats WG meeting we thought that there would be
accessibility use cases it would be important to include. This needs the
involvement of people from the accessibility community who are strong
with social networking, or vice versa. Please consider joining this
Community Group or forward to anybody you know who might be able to help.
