Should the next/prev etc. keys be done as accesskey on the buttons?

Method 3: Hot Keys 
Control+Alt+N next, finish
Control+Alt+P previous
Escape cancel, exit without saving
Control+Alt+R reset current page to default settings
Control+Alt+S save and exit
Note: Letters should be localized.
