10/2 Update of Accordion Keynav Spec

Hi;

Attached is the updated proposal for keysequences to apply to the 
accordion component. This latest update attempts to factor in 
feedback asking for a decrease in the prominence of Tab and 
increase in that of the Arrow keys when it comes, primarily, to 
moving from Pane to Pane in order to bring it closer to the user 
interaction of Tabbed Pane and Tree. A close review of the Arrow 
and Tab Key sections is warranted in this update because they 
have changed significantly since the last update as a result.

This proposal has not yet been presented to the PF Team for 
consideration. Comments welcome.
