Hi Gregory, I would like to help you with this project. We (www.cfit.ie) have full user testing facilities in house and I would like to offer our service to you pro bono. We can video screen reader users using the CAPTCHA, by using screen capture software (Morae) and send you and Ben the footage of the tests. This way whatever methods you implement can be user tested and improved by providing a usability component as well as any accessibility considerations. Please let me know if this is of interest.
