an attempt to reopen dialog on improving the header relationship algorithm
was begun today on the HTML working group's emailing list, public-html

it is a very interesting read and a serious attempt to address the problem
from a purely technical (not ideological) point of view, and is very highly
recommened reading for all concerned with the future direction of HTML
