yOUR SITE IS FAR FROM ACCESSIBLE, i HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR AGES TO GET AN E-MAIL SENT TO FIND OUT WHERE A MISSING LETTER WENT AND THE SITE DRIVES ME AROUND IN CIRCLES WHICH IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. a DIRECT E-MAIL YOUR PROBLEM LINK WOULD BE THE SOLUTION BUT MAYBE YO DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ROYAL MAIL, AFTER ALL YOUR INFO. IS TELLING ME THAT A LETTER WHICH HAS BEEN MISSING FOR OVER A WEEK IS STILL IN THE SYSTEM AND ALTERNATIVELY ON ANOTHER SCREEN IS TELLING ME IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED IN TIME!
SORRY NOT VERY GOOD.
Thank you for your time. My very best regards.
