A client of ours has asked us to make their website wcag 2.1 compliant AA and we are going to be working toward that end. I was wondering if W3 organization also offers a double check of the site once we implement and follow the success criteria and techniques found at: https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/ <https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/> ? It would be good for us to have a double check to be sure we have met the criteria providing additional assurance to our clients. We would like to offer this service to other clients as well with confidence.
Could you also provide guidance on the following questions we have that need confirmation:
for pdf attachments such as a company brochure (see attached example) does this need to be converted into a html file or is the readable PDF ok as is?

finally, if a client's website takes a person to their vimeo or youtube account and they show a video do we have also have to provide closed caption and/or text of the video or segment? Is this a service you can recommend?
