Suggestion for TF pages

I suggest the Work Statement Objective(s) are listed under the TF title. 
Compare to WG pages having the mission statement.

This provides a nice summary of TF's reason for being. I noticed this 
when reviewing the Personalization TF pages and comparing with the pages 
for other TF's

Actually I could not find links to the Work Statements. This could be 
added too.
