Tables Tutorials edits

Hi Eric,

Three more comments:

1. minor error under <https://w3c.github.io/wai-tutorials/tables/simple-large/#table-with-header-cells-in-the-top-row-and-first-column>
The first cell is empty, but the markup has "<th scope="col">Delivery slots</th>" (also in <https://w3c.github.io/wai-tutorials/tables/examples/headertoprowfirstcol/>)

2. I'm having trouble getting an overview of the content on each page -- even when I zoom down below 100% to read only the heading -- there's a lot of scrolling and visual distraction (with the tables and code) between the headings. Some ideas to help with that:

2.a. Put a list of headings/examples -- essentially a TOC. Could be on the top right (which would go nicely with the rest of the WAI website that mostly has the Page Contents box over there, e.g., <http://www.w3.org/WAI/mobile/>), or perhaps under the initial text, before the examples (kinda like <http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/people-use-web/principles>).

2.b. Make the text size smaller for the example tables and maybe the code, too. I'm thinking that people need to read the text carefully, but really only skim the table to get the gestalt, and so the tables can be smaller. Also, the text in the tables is easier to see for most people given its few words separated by lines. Maybe can do the code smaller as well, give it's simpler text and formatting?

Best,
~Shawn
