Re: Contacting Organizations about Inaccessible Websites

Hello,

I have passed the document by the Shaw Trust Web Accessibility team.
They have all come to a conclusion that would help individuals when
contacting organisations with innaccessible websites. 

It would be helpful for individuals if there were links placed on the
document to groups such as the 'Citizens Advice bureaux' and other
reputable charities within respective countries. Ideally to contact an
advocate from each organisation would be of great help. Some individuals
browsing the web are not familiar with where to go next and to provide
ease of use to these user groups would be an advantage.
