Generic comments:

- Overall, I think this looks great!

- The submission page, "Information about Web Accessibility
  Evaluation Tools" should presumably be listed as a component of
  this resource in the "Call for Review"?

Specific:

* priority: editor's discretion
* location: Nav bar, every page
* suggested revision: Add a link to the submission page
  "Information about Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools"
* rationale: On the one hand, this page will not be used as much
  as the rest of the resource. But on the other, I do find it a bit
  hard to find in the current layout. Putting it in the nav bar
  would certainly make it prominent; but maybe there are other
  ways to make it just a little easier to find.

* priority: editor's discretion
* location: Information about Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools
* current wording: Heading: Information about ...
* suggested revision: "Submit Information about ..."
* rationale: I just find the heading a bit oblique at the
  moment. My suggestion may be too long winded; ideally one might
  find a more succinct heading that still clearly communicates
  the distinctive purpose of the page.
