[Draft] Preliminary Review of Web Sites for Accessibility

See http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/preliminary.html

Current:

without using the mouse tab through the links and form controls on a page

Suggested:

without using the mouse "tab" through the links and form controls on a page

I.E. put 'tab' in double quotes to emphasise that it is not necessarily the
TAB key that is used to move through a page without a mouse , e.g. in Opera
it is Q & A for moving though links and W & S to move through headings.
