Hi Johanna,

I have added you to the EOWG mailing list and you should have received the EOWG teleconference agenda that was sent to the list. However, we do not yet have all the necessary steps completed for you to join the teleconference this week.

Per my last e-mail, we still need to get you set up in our system in order for you to complete the Joining the Education and Outreach Working Group. After we have you set up I'll send you an e-mail letting you know that you can complete the Joining form. Then after you're completed the joining form, you will be able to participate in EOWG teleconferences.

It looks like we won't get that set up this week; however, we hope to get that set up by next week. As always, feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Regards,
~ Shawn
