Definitions of "focus" links

We have several internal links to definitions of focus that are no 
longer valid.  Can someone please check and make sure that they should 
still be used?

This showed up on my link check report after I deleted some definitions 
marked as old.  For now, I pointed them to the start of the focus 
section, but I would like to fix it correctly going forward.
