MessageOne could consider the Deque Ramp series of evaluation and repair tools.
Ramp Ascend: is an evaluation and repair tool that can spider websites. Checks for compliance against Sec. 508 standards or WCAG 1.0 checkpoints
Ramp Grade: does accessibility evaluation and reporting like Ramp Ascend but does not handle repair.
Ramp Personal Edition: available at no cost to educational and non-profit organizations to test Web pages one page at a time(does not spider or do repair).

Deque Worldspace: is an enterprise solution that can be used to continuously monitor accessibility, remediate and report accessibility issues. Can be integrated with an organization's workflow for efficient accessibility management.
