notso easy because we have to define what "works" means in the case of alt 
text.  Alt text can be percieved to "work" in a subjective sense, but in a 
litteral sense, they can still be way off.

Replace all the images with their alt text. If the page still works, you
have good alt text, if it doesn't you don't.
