Save As makes a lot more fundamental changes to the markup than simply 
adding tbody. I would hope that any screenreader has access to the 
"proper" source (or whatever the internal DOM representation thereof is 
in IE) rather than whatever mangled output Save As creates...
(how to test this, by the way?)
